Gin & Tonic recipe

Ingredients

  • 60ml Gin
  • 100ml Tonic
  • ml 2 slices of lime

Method

  1. Select the proper glass and add ice up to the top
  2. Add the gin
  3. Fill up the glass with tonic
  4. Squeeze some lime juice and add a couple of slices to decorate

Classic Margarita

  • 45ml Tequila
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 10ml Lime juice
  • ml 1 lime wedge for a decoration
  • ml Sugar or salt for a decoration
